Rikkai as band of pirates/outlaws
+Goku as Marui's little bro
+Aya as Yagyuu's older sister
Yanagi part of group but on an away mission so we don't have to write him lol
Yukimi, Hak, Yuushi as law enforcement
Omi as student, not yet employed but probably planning to follow Yuushi's footsteps
Michael outlaw but not part of Rikkai crew?
+Fuji or Mamoru as brother
