Clearly, the man didn't want Mizuki to know the real reason. This was quite obvious from that ridiculous answer and his inability to meet Mizuki's eyes when he said it. Well, at least Hak wasn't the sort of guy who flat-out lied to his face. That would have been somewhat annoying. Mizuki only snorted in response, deciding not to inquire further if the man didn't feel like sharing.
