"I do now," Jaeha acknowledged. It was something of an endearing sight. Many would pass by the alley, trusting the cat to find its own meal (and which it probably would) if they even noticed it at all.

"You stop by here for her often, or a first time visitor?"

"Here, and a couple other alleys around this neighborhood. There's a lot of ferals running around this part of town."

Yukimi placed the bonito inside the box. The cat would probably come fetch it eventually, but he wasn't going to force it. He rose to his feet. Funny, the guy worked at The Black Cat, and now he was in feral cat central.

"Jaeha, right? Do you just gravitate to felines all the time, or are you headed somewhere else?"
